We work with independent architects, lawyers and tax advisors in Spain. If members need someone and you have the qualification, tell us about yourself.
The roles we work with
Architects
Architects read a property's documents and assign the Legality Label grade, from A1 to E. The grade is a professional judgement, made by a person. Nothing on the platform calculates or generates it for you.
Lawyers
Lawyers take the contract work: reading a purchase or rental contract a member has been handed, and saying plainly what is in it.
Tax Advisors
Tax advisors handle the paperwork and filings that sit around owning or transferring a property.
How applying works
Send us a message telling us your profession, where you practise, your registration or college number, and the languages you work in. A person reads every application and replies. We do not publish anyone as a Casas Unitas professional until we have spoken.
