Legality Label Grading System — A1 to E
The Legality Label grading system evaluates the legal and planning status of every property in Spain with a grade from A1 (fully legal and compliant) to E (completely illegal with no path to legalization). This classification determines your rights as an owner, your insurance coverage, and the resale value of your property.

Can your grade improve?
Grades are not permanent. In many cases, legalizing parts of the property can improve the grade. For example, a property classified as C2 could become A1 after a regularization process. However, it is important to know that every case is different, and only a complete Legality Label can determine the real possibilities.
Carrying out a Legality Label reveals what can be fixed and what can't. It's the first step to improving the situation.
