How it works

From the Quick Test to a graded report, reviewed by an independent professional. Six steps, and you can stop after any of them.

1. Start with the Quick Test

   A short set of questions about the property. No account, no payment. You get an indication of where the risk sits, and you keep it whether or not you go further.

2. Create a free account

   The free tier gives you the knowledge base and national real estate news. It costs nothing and it does not expire.

3. Become a member to open the research forms

   Membership opens every tool and research form, the regional news, the members' issues, the discussions, the knowledge base and the member deals. It is billed once a year.

4. Fill in the form yourself, or hand it to a professional

   Both routes are yours. Do the work yourself and keep it in your account, or give your own architect, lawyer or tax advisor access to the same form. If you do not have one, we can put the request to independent professionals we work with.

5. An architect assigns the Legality Label grade

   The grade runs from A1 to E. It is assigned by a qualified architect who has read the documents, not calculated by software and not generated by AI. That is deliberate, and it is why the grade takes longer than a Quick Test.

6. Your report stays in your account

   Every version is kept. When something is re-checked, the new version is added rather than replacing the old one, so you can always see what was known and when. You can save it as a PDF or share it with a link.
