The latest statistics reveal that a total of 2,109,915 tourists flocked to Mallorca in May. A notable highlight was the significant rebound in German tourism, which recorded a substantial 10.7% increase, reaching 599,410 visitors. This marks a significant reversal after a period of decline stretching back to last May, though experts caution that one month's data doesn't confirm a trend. Spain's domestic market also performed exceptionally well, growing by over 16% to 178,726 visitors, solidifying its position as Mallorca's third-largest source market.
