Trust and safety
How we operate, in the places where it would be easy to cut a corner and where you would have no way of knowing if we had.
A grade is given by a person, not by software
The Legality Label grade, A1 to E, is assigned by a qualified architect who has read the documents. It is not calculated from your answers and it is not generated by AI. That is a deliberate design decision and it is why a grade takes longer than a free check. There is no code path anywhere in the product that can produce a grade on its own.
Where we do use AI, we say so
AI helps read and sort the documents you upload, and it answers questions in the app. It does not check your contract, it does not write one, and it does not decide a grade. A contract check follows the points a Spanish contract is legally required to cover and the answers you confirm. A grade is the architect's. Every report an AI helper touches carries the same fixed notice: it is not legal advice, it should be verified with a professional, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on it alone. That notice is not removable and it appears in all five languages.
Nothing gets quietly rewritten
When a report is revisited, the new version is added and the old one stays. You can open the history and see what was said, by whom, and when. We cannot overwrite a finding after the fact, and neither can a professional.
Your documents and your data
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy.
Read the privacy policyWe are not paid to tell you good news
The information here carries no commercial interest. We do not sell property, we take no cut of a sale, and no partner can change what a report says or what grade an architect gives.
If something looks wrong, tell us
A mistaken finding, a professional who did not behave properly, a member post that should not be there: send it to us and a person will read it.
